Constellation and Facilitator Learning Day

Event image

Location: Perry Auditorium, 7th Floor, West Towers.

Our day is specially designed for individuals and communities who are learning to facilitate Community of Reconciliation gatherings and those considering hosting constellation gatherings.

The time together includes a morning Summer Reflection Retreat, shared with others, as the foundation for constellation and facilitator learning. Though joining others on retreat, we will experience the retreat through the eyes of a facilitator.

The afternoon session begins with Noon Eucharist in the great choir followed by a brown bag lunch as the retreat concludes. Plan to bring a light lunch to share or purchase one at the Cathedral Store.

After blessing the retreat attendees, facilitators will gather for an afternoon of hands-on training that includes session modeling, training conversation, and adaptation conversations. Our afternoon concludes with Evening Prayer in the Cathedral nave.

As is the way of Benedict, the training session itself provides times for personal renewal and reflection. If you have specific questions about the day or your goals for attending, please contact Greg Finch at (202) 537-6217 or companions@cathedral.org.

This session is a Constellation Primer Event for constellation community leaders.
