Autumn Reflection Retreat
This half day of reflection, dialogue, and shared silence offers a place for stillness that provides centering perspective and renewal. Surrounded by the autumn beauty of the Cathedral and grounds participants will explore balance, reconciliation, and their own personal spiritual journey. Exploration of the Benedictine practices of prayer, wisdom, recreation, work, and hospitality will guide our time of discovery.
The morning begins with stillness and centering and includes a pilgrim walk, shared dialogue using a Benedictine model, and time for personal renewal. Our time together concludes with Noon Eucharist in the great choir and a brown bag lunch. Plan to bring a light lunch to share or purchase one at the Cathedral Store. All are welcome.
The reflection retreat is open to all who seek balance in life and reconciliation in the world. The day also serves as a foundation for deepening and renewal for Companions and as a time of discernment for those considering journeying as Companions of the Community.
