Is there a spiritual connection between the mind and the body? Can simple movements lead to profound insight and self-understanding? How can dance, at any level with any group, help build community? Join dance choreographer, theorist, and community builder Liz Lerman and members of her company as they lead a workshop exploring the links between movement, spirituality, and the creation of community.
