About Sergeant Major Chad Chaffee, USA (RET)
Sergeant Major Chad Chaffee, USA (RET) left the US Army in 1989. Since then he has resided in Hinesville, Georgia, and was a civil servant who operated all food services aboard post at Ft. Stewart, Georgia. After a second retirement, this Vietnam Veteran entered the Diaconal Training Program in the Diocese of Georgia and was subsequently ordained as a deacon in the Episcopal Church. He is assigned to St. Phillip’s, Hinesville, Georgia.

Rear Admiral Chris Weaver, USN (RET) is a former career naval officer who is now a private defense industries contractor. Chris is an active Episcopalian layperson who currently lives in Washington and is the senior warden at St. Luke’s, Alexandria.
