Show up and be counted, Monday, May 17.

Join interfaith members from across the city in a meeting with DC Council Chair Vincent Gray at Foundry United Methodist Church on Monday evening. Demonstrate concern over the high unemployment rate and support the WIN Jobs initiatives. Numbers matter to officials.

Foundry is located near the Dupont Circle Metro station on the Red Line. Exit the station by the Q Street-North exit. At street level follow Q Street right (east) for four blocks. Turn right on 16th Street (south) and walk two blocks. Foundry is on the right at the corner of 16th and P Streets.

For bus riders, Foundry is located on the S1, S2, and S4 routes. There is a bus stop directly in front of the church.

Plan to be there at 7 pm for the music prelude. The meeting will run from 7:30 to 9:30 pm.

WIN brings predominantly faith-based organizations together to work for economic and social justice in our city and beyond. The Cathedral, in partnership with St. Alban's Church, is an organizational member and active participant.
