Minority Status: Christianity

To be a minority brings with it a particular perspective to social relations, the practice of public worship, and questions of religious integrity. Judaism, Islam, and Christianity have particular stories to tell about having a minority status.

Over three Sundays at the forum hour, we will hear about the impact being a minority has had on Judaism, Islam, and Christianity, and explore briefly the contemporary implications this status has for each tradition.

On this third Sunday The Rev. Lyndon Shakespeare, director for programs and ministry, will provide a framework for the series and introduce our guest speaker, The Rev. Canon Ralph Godsall of Westminster Abbey, London.

About the Rev. Canon Ralph Godsall
