Event image

The Cathedral Choral Society under the direction of Music Director J. Reilly Lewis performs favorites of the season, with Scott Dettra, organist, Edward Nassor, carilloneur, and Washington Symphonic Brass.

Featuring the Madrigal Singers of St. Albans and National Cathedral Schools and the world premiere of a carol by renowned American composer Alice Parker.

A perennial holiday favorite, from the opening procession accompanied by the Great Organ to the Cathedral carillon and the beloved carols, old and new, this festive concert has long been a Washington family tradition and one that is often sold out.

* New this year: a special family matinee on Saturday, December 13 at noon. Bring the whole family for this hour-long presentation of the Joy of Christmas specially designed for our younger fans. For this family matinee only, seating is by general admission and all tickets are $25.
