Memorial Service for former Congressman Jack Kemp, who died on May 2, 2009. Kemp served Western New York for nine terms in the United States House of Representatives and subsequently served as Secretary of Housing and Urban Development in the George H. W. Bush administration. Mr. Charles W. Colson, founder of Prison Fellowship Ministries and former special counsel to President Nixon, delivered the Eulogy, and the Rev. Dr. Robert Norris, senior pastor at Fourth Presbyterian Church in Bethesda, Maryland, preached at the service.
