The Masters Transcribed

Event image

For centuries, music written for small ensembles, vast symphony orchestras and even musical clocks has been transcribed for the organ. Come and hear the lush sounds Jean Sibelius’s Finlandia, “Nimrod” from Elgar’s Enigma Variations, and virtuosic improvisations of Charles Tournemire and Mozart performed by Christopher Jacobson on the Cathedral’s great organ.
