Back to Press Releases »Dean Sam Lloyd and “The Faith Divide” blogger Dr. Eboo Patel will discuss the major interfaith issues confronting America today during a public forum this Sunday, October 19, at Washington National Cathedral.
Eboo Patel is the founder and executive director of the Interfaith Youth Core, a Chicago-based international organization building the interfaith youth movement. He is the author of Acts of Faith and writes “The Faith Divide” blog for the Washington Post. Eboo is an Ashoka Fellow, serves on the Religious Advisory Committee of the Council on Foreign Relations and was named one of America’s top Muslim visionaries by Islamica Magazine.
The Sunday Forum: Critical Issues in the Light of Faith is a weekly program of honest and intellectually probing dialogue about major issues of our time. The 50-minute conversation includes questions from live and online audiences and is held between Sunday morning services, beginning at 10:10 am.
As a church for national purposes, Washington National Cathedral welcomes people of all faiths and none to participate.
