Suzy Mink

Suzy Mink leads the Cathedral’s development program as Director of Philanthropy. Suzy came to the Cathedral in early December 2008 to help build relationships with donors and solicit gifts and grants. Suzy has a BA in Spanish and Art from Hollins University and pursued graduate studies at the Universidad de Salamanca; she also has a Masters of Arts in Teaching with a concentration in Spanish from the University of Virginia. She is no stranger to the Cathedral, having served in the development office from 1981 to 1994 in a variety of positions, concluding with leading the development department during the final phase of the construction of the Cathedral. In subsequent years she served as a trustee of the National Cathedral Association, as a member of the Board of the College of Preachers, and as co-chair of the Soper Trust for the Diocese of Washington. In her professional life she has served as vice president for development at Drew University, CASE, World Wildlife Fund, and the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation and as vice president of Campbell & Company. Suzy is an active parishioner at St. Alban’s Parish and is vice chair of the Board of the Episcopal Church Foundation.

Parking at the Cathedral

Parking in the Cathedral’s underground garage is free on Sundays for services and organ recitals; parking for concerts and programs is available for an event-parking fee. Learn more about parking options for individuals and groups.
