Organ, bells, and recitals
Hear the great organ, the Cathedral peal and carillon bells and organ recitals throughout the year.
Gardens
The 59 acre Cathedral Close (grounds of the Cathedral) is beautifully landscaped and includes the historic Bishops Garden and the Olmsted Woods, with the Pilgrim Path winding through it.
Tower Climbs
Climb the 333 steps inside the central tower on Thursday, October 15, at 6 pm. Enjoy light refreshments and watch as monuments and landmarks light up the night sky from one of the highest points in Washington.
The Pilgrim Observation Gallery
From the gallery that spans the two west towers, visitors enjoy a dramatic view of the city and surrounding area, as well as a close-up view of the central tower.
