Touring Conflicts

  • Friday, October 10, 2014. 10 AM–1 PM

    No touring of the nave (main level) in the morning due to memorial service. Touring will begin at 1 pm. Lower level, Cathedral Store, and Bishop’s Garden open.

  • Saturday, October 11, 2014. 10 AM–4:30 PM

    Due to Annual Acolyte Festival all day, all touring will be unavailable. The Cathedral store and grounds will be open.

  • Monday, October 13, 2014. 10 AM–5:30 PM

    Limited guided tours available due to holiday. Please check with staff. Audio and self-guided tours will be available 10 am–4 pm. Cathedral Store will be open.

  • Wednesday, October 15, 2014. 10 AM–1 PM

    No touring in the morning of the nave (main level) due to special service. Touring will resume at 1 pm.

  • Sunday, October 19, 2014. 2 PM–1 PM

    Cathedral will close at 2 pm for concert preparations. No evening service due to concert. Box Office will open for ticket purchase and ticket holders at 3 pm for concert.

  • Wednesday, October 22, 2014. 1 PM–5:30 PM

    Limited guided tours this afternoon due to concert rehearsal. Self-guided touring available all day. Cathedral Store will be open.

  • Saturday, October 25, 2014. 10 AM–4:30 PM

    No guided tours all day. Self-guided and audio tours are available 10 am–3 pm. Cathedral Store will be open.

  • Sunday, November 2, 2014. 4 PM–5:30 PM

    Cathedral closed at 4 pm in preparation for concert. Cathedral re-opens for ticketholders at 5:15 pm. Evening Service cancelled.

  • Saturday, November 15, 2014. 10 AM–1 PM

    No touring in the morning of the nave (main level) due to Episcopal Diocese of Washington service. Noon Eucharist cancelled, touring will resume at 1 pm.

  • Tuesday, November 25, 2014. 10 AM–1 PM

    No touring in the morning due to school services. Touring will resume at 1 pm. Lower level, Cathedral Store, and Bishop’s Garden open.

  • Thursday, November 27, 2014. 10 AM–5:30 PM

    The Cathedral will be open to visitors. No guided or audio tours due to holiday; self-guided brochures available.

  • Friday, November 28, 2014. 10 AM–5:30 PM

    Limited guided tours available. Please check with docents for available guided tours; self-guided and audio tours are available. Lower level, Cathedral Store, and Bishop’s Garden will be open.

Parking at the Cathedral
